We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time your order is confirmed.

5. Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Subscriptions Subscription orders renew automatically on your chosen billing cycle. You may cancel or skip at any time before your next renewal date through your account or by contacting us. No refunds are issued for subscription renewals already processed.
