We want you to love your Cacaopura experience. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Damaged or incorrect orders If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at love@cacaopura.co.uk with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away.

Change of mind As Cacaopura is a food product, we're unable to accept returns once an order has been opened. If your order is unopened and unused, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll do our best to help.

Subscriptions You can cancel or skip your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Cancellations made after a renewal has processed will take effect from the following billing period.

Refund processing Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
