Order Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at love@cacaopura.co.uk with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made before your order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it, but you may be eligible to return it under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Subscription cancellations You can cancel or skip your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing love@cacaopura.co.uk. Please cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following cycle. Cancellations made after a renewal has already processed will take effect from the following billing period — we are unable to refund subscription renewals already dispatched.
Order amendments If you need to change your delivery address or amend your order, please contact us immediately at love@cacaopura.co.uk. We cannot guarantee amendments once an order has entered processing, but we will always try our best.
Refunds on cancellations Where a cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
